BT and I took yesterday off to get stuff done, so in order to actually 'get stuff done,' Thomas went to school. We went and ate breakfast by ourselves at waffle house, then went grocery shopping by ourselves (used to be a favorite alone-time activity for us), then came home and BT vacuumed and de-dog haired the house (shedding season) while I cleaned out T's clothes and organized, packing up the stuff that's too small, and putting in new clothes that we got in the mail yesterday from T's cousins in Memphis (thank God for hand-me-downs!). That's when it hit me, unpacking the new clothes. They were 12 month clothes, and already fit him. But it wasn't the size of the clothes, it was the type.
Very few onesies, mainly shorts and regular 'big boy' tshirts.
On top of that, he has two teeth coming in. For seven months now, I've said I've got to enjoy the gummy grin, because once it's gone, it's gone forever.
Like BT said, "he's all grownsd' up."
Not quite, but it's going by MUCH too fast.
Sigh.

So sorry for your sadness... they do grow too fast! But there are fun things ahead as he reaches these new stages too... hug him, snuggle, and snap some more toothless photos!
I agree with Amber, there are such fun things coming and snuggle with him now. As you could tell last weekend, I rarely get to snuggle with my little man now, he is much too busy!
it is SO hard. it's such a joy to watch them grow and develop, but it's so hard to see the days just flying by! enjoy EVERY minute of it!
