Check

At the beginning of October I started getting really nervous that I would not make it to when I needed to make it work-wise. I had a really busy beginning of the month. Quite a few very important meetings scheduled, I was trying to finish training our new girl, we had allocations requests to finish, national reports to submit, and on top of that, I was trying to finish a few grants, and also still be here for the quarterly board meeting. As of today, that's ALL DONE. The board meeting wrapped up about an hour ago, my grants are submitted, personnel trained, reports filed, and national meetings completed. I'll still have to stop in here every now and then while I'm on maternity leave for a few meetings, but I am happy to do that as I have a fantastic, flexible boss.

All that said, at the beginning of October, I looked down at my belly and asked that baby to stay put until the 15th so I could please get ahead. It's the 15th, I'm done with everything, and he's kindly obliged! Way to go, THK! You rock my world.
