Last month was our fantastic beach trip with the Paynes, and this month is the big family trip wtih BT's family! We're leaving in in about forty-eight hours to head to the gorgeous Georgia mountains where this will be my view:
It'll be four days of fun day trips, including aquariums, seeing a little rock city, checking out an incline railway, and lots of good hiking and waterfalls, screened porches, and relaxing. I would say peace and quiet, but, well, it'll be 8 adults and 7 kids with the following age breakdown: 7 years, 6 years, 5 years, 4 years, 3 years, 18 months, and 8 months, so I can't guarantee the quiet part of it. But I know it'll be a great time.
Once vacay #2 is done, we'll begin the countdown to vacay #3...an ADULT getaway in my favorite of cities, my one and only New Orleans with my one and only husband. But there's still a little less than a month until that getaway, so can't start counting the days just yet...for now I'll count the days till Georgia...
