The month of November included lots of time with you and me and your dad, getting to know each other, getting to know our new routine, and spending our first holiday together as a family of three. Before you were born, we decided to stay home for Thanksgiving and spend it together as our first family Thanksgiving. We had honeybaked ham, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, and delicious pumpkin pie.
You had visits from Miss Amber, your "aunt" in Georgia, Luke's mom Jessica, and Miss Liz and Miss Joy too. Everyone loved spending time with you, of course. Your first big 'grown up' outing was to our friend Payton's birthday party. Our friends had so much fun seeing you, and it was much needed time out of the house for me and your dad.
Overall, November was certainly a month of thanks.
